Getting Started With KeyTasks
In order to synchronize KeyTasks you need to create a MyChapura user account.
This account must be created on the iPhone. After purchasing and installing KeyTasks from the Apple Store, follow the steps below to begin synchronizing your tasks.
KeyTasks Synchronization Configuration on the iPhone or iPod touch
- Open KeyTasks on your iPhone.
- Tap the "Sync" button
- Select "Create New Account." You are creating a MyChapura Account. This will be used for synchronizing KeyTasks. Make sure you use a valid email address.
- Enter the required information and submit it. Once completed, you will be sent an email to the address provided with steps on how to download and install the desktop component. These steps can also be seen below.
KeyTasks Synchronization Configuration on the Windows Desktop PC
- Open Microsoft Outlook to the profile you want to synchronize with.
- Download the desktop component from http://chapura.com/public_downloads/MyChapura.exe
- Once downloaded, double click on the file to run it.
- Follow the installation wizard.
- At the end of the installation, enter your MyChapura "User Name" and "Password". This is the same user name (email address) and password you used when creating your MyChapura Account on your device.
