Getting Started With PocketMirror

To synchronize with PocketMirror you must first create a PocketMirror Synchronization Account. This account must be created on the PC. You will be prompted to create the account at the end of the desktop installation. Follow the steps below to begin synchronizing:

Synchronization Configuration on the Windows Desktop PC

1. Open Microsoft Outlook to the profile you want to synchronize with.
2. Download the desktop component here.
3. Once downloaded, double click the file to run it.
4. Follow the installation wizard.
5. At the end of the installation, you will be prompted to create your PocketMirror Synchronization Account. Once this account is created, you may enter this information on the device and begin synchronizing.

Synchronization Configuration on Pre™

1. Open the App Catalog on your Pre.
2. In the search at the top, type "PocketMirror"
3. When PocketMirror is displayed, tap on it.
4. At the bottom of this screen tap "Download"
5. Once downloaded, open PocketMirror on your Pre.
6. Enter your username and password.
7. Tap the "Synchronize" button.
