To copy your KeySuite Summary follow these step

  1. On your PC, click the HotSync Manager icon (circular red/blue arrows on the bottom right of your PC screen) and click "Custom".
  2. From the "Custom" window, double-click KeyContacts and click the "Settings" button. Note: At this point if you are prompted to choose a profile, please choose your correct Outlook profile, or if you only have one profile available then choose that one and click "OK".
  3. From the "Folder Settings" window, click the "Summary" button on the right.
  4. From the "Settings Summary" window, click Copy.
  5. Right-click in the box below, and select "Paste."
