"Keysuite is by far the best PIM software to sync with Outlook 2003. It is both complete, versatile and syncronizes without error... everytime.

I will base this review on the other PIM software and conduits that I have used in the past.

The greatest selling point of Keysuite is that it allows you to bring your Outlook data with you where ever you go. It sync both multiple categories, contact links, etc.

This being said. Keysuite does have some negative points too. First, Keysuite uses it's own database that is not compatible with the builtin PIM. Therefore, if you are looking to link your tasks with a third party app like Bonsai, it will not work. Another downfall of Keysuite is that you will not be able to play with colours and icons like in other apps.

Overall, Keysuite is made for hardcore Outlook users. If you are one of these and you own a Palm device, you will not regret your purchase."

"I was used to not using all of Outlook's potential due to Palm's limitations. Not anymore!

This is a very professional program, with unmatched Outlook synchronization. It doesn't have as many bells & whistles as some competitors, but it allows you to really bring all of Outlook (such as: multiple categories, multiple folders, contact linking, etc).

There is still room for improvement: it would be great to schedule a task or meeting with a contact directly from the KeyContacts app, while displaying the contact. Constant free updates for registered users make me feel confident that I might enjoy this feature in the future.

I have a Tungsten T3 and it does support 320x480 in v 2.4."

"I tried to sync my XP with Intellisync, and had NO success. I tried tech help, no success. Then I tried and purchased Pocketmirror Pro! At the first initial sync it went smoothly, my second sync had a few Outlook conflicts rise their ugly head. "Palm handhelds have some limitation in Outlook, in the handheld is unable to use Outlook folders as categories. PocketMirror Professional or PocketMirror Professional XT changes this.

Using PocketMirror Professional or PocketMirror Professional XT allows you to bring all of Outlook (such as: multiple categories, multiple folders, contact linking, etc) to your preferred Palm Contacts manager as categories.

I use PocketMirror Professional XT and Agendus Standard Edition with my Tungsten T3 and it is synchronises nicely with Outlook.

Limitations : PocketMirror Professional or PocketMirror Professional XT are still limited to the Palm handhelds categories limits."
